Why do I see ‘Site insecure’ even when I have SSL certificate?

It is very common to see ‘Site Insecure’ even when you have SSL certificate. It is a rookie mistake. It is because some of the links on your platform/website are still pointing to HTTP protocol. SSL is a security protocol that encrypts your data, but due to some links pointing to HTTP protocol, SSL is unable to encrypt them. You can ask your programmer to link all image, flash or other files using HTTPS.
