How will I get EPP code?

You will get EPP Code or Auth key, if and only if you are the owner of the domain (mentioned on WHOIS Info) from the registrar from whom you want to transfer the domain. Your previous registrar will then generate Auth key and provide you, to make the transfer to the new registrar. Some domain zone does require this code. You can check here which domains require EPP Code. Transfers usually can take up to 10 days.
