If you are unable to add Nameservers it can be because the nameserver you added was wrong. After you add the new nameservers, registry performs a check on it and may take up to 24 hrs. If the nameservers you provided are right and exists, they will be added.
In case there is the nameserver you added is not right, then you will see the error and that’s why you are unable to add them.
In this case, we suggest you ask the people from whom you received the nameservers about their accuracy. Only after a registry passes it, you will have servers added.
